How to book a room
Study Room & Media Pod booking now online via MyPC (CLICK HERE)
and go to Site > default > Study Rooms or Media Pod
Whiteboard markers can be borrowed from the Library Service Desk.
The Library has 4 group study rooms located to the right of the Service Desk
Rooms 2 and 3 are equipped with
- Digital screen
- VGA and Audio (Analogue) cable and HDMI (Digital) Cable for laptop input
Borrow the remote control for the screen from the Library Service Desk.

Conditions of use
Whilst bookings are not compulsory, students with valid bookings will have priority. Students without bookings will have to vacate rooms upon the request from someone who has booked a room.
- Current Library policies apply to the use of study rooms and media pods.
- Rooms can be booked for up to two hours a day.
- Rooms can be booked up to one week in advance.
- Bookings will be cancelled if there is a 'no show' after 10 minutes.
- Study rooms need to be left tidy and in the condition that you found it, e.g. number of allocated chairs
- No class bookings.
The study rooms are not soundproof. Please be considerate of your fellow students.
