If you are a current William Angliss Institute staff member or Masters student we can locate items for you that are not held by the Library.
Our Document delivery service will attempt to locate and supply items from another library for you.
Please check the Library catalogue prior to submitting request.
Please note:
• All requests must be related to your teaching, employment and/or research.
• Some charges may apply for non-standard services or delivery, for example rush requests, theses and overseas items. These charges are met by the requester.
How to request:
1. Click the request form
2. Provide as much detail as possible
3. You must tick the declaration box prior to submitting the request form
How you are notified:
Upon the Library's receipt of the item, you will receive an email advising you to collect your request
Collecting Your Request:
Items obtained from another library may be collected during opening hours. With copy requests, where possible, copies of book chapters and journal articles will be delivered electronically to your email address as a pdf scanned attachment. In some cases, print copies will be posted to you via internal mail due to copyright or licensing restrictions preventing electronic delivery.
